A Busy Day on the Sun – 23rd January

We’ve had a fair amount of sun and blue sky in the west of the UK today so I thought I would take a look – first time since Jan 1st! I seem to have picked a good day for it as there was a load of surface and prom activity. Two active regions with spots and proms scattered all around the disk. Seeing quite jittery and poor with thin haze at times. Images taken between 11.20 and 11.55 UT. DMK41/PST Ha/PST CaK/
